Business Developer

We are looking for a Junior/Medior Business Developer with some experience in Business Development or Sales. 

As a Business Developer in Product Hive, you'll identify new business opportunities (new markets and potential clients) in order to boost company sales and help the business grow.

Your work will involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Suggesting and executing business development strategies
  • Defining business growth goals and ensuring they are met
  • Day-to-day use of CRMs
  • Customer Account Management
  • Researching & defining potential customer profile
  • Implementing sales pipeline
  • Lead generation, data collection & research
  • LinkedIn & Email Outreach
  • Using various tools to automate the outreach
  • Design and execute sales sequences
  • Customizing language and tone according to markets & customer profiles
  • Communication with international clients
  • Scheduling and attending/leading meetings with potential clients
  • Developing pitches and proposals for potential clients
  • Discussing promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in English language (writing & speaking)
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Advanced Excel (Google Sheets) skills & reporting
  • Tech-savvy
  • Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Responsible, determined, self-driven, and self-motivated
  • Thinking outside the box, creative
  • Able to understand cultural differences and to cope with different mindsets 
  • Willing to grow within the company
  • Some experience with CRMs
  • At least 6 months of experience in Business Development or Sales (community & students' organization experience counts)
  • A huge plus is experience within Tech or Marketing space
