Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to build awareness, create interest and communicate the main value of our products and services. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities and a long-term strategy, thriving under changing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing marketing strategies
  • Defining marketing KPIs and goals
  • Identifying the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimizing accordingly
  • Social Media content creation for Instagram, Linkedin & Facebook
  • Executing Email campaigns
  • Communication with clients, partners & media
  • Brand management and working on Employer Branding tasks 
  • Website management and improvement suggestions
  • Creating and following a Content Marketing strategy
  • Managing content calendar 
  • Supporting talent acquisitions and recruitment campaigns 
  • Discussing strategy and activities with the business development department

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years minimum of experience in digital marketing
  • Proficient in English language (writing & speaking)
  • Tech-savvy
  • Experience with working with Linkedin, Instagram & Facebook
  • Familiar with Social Media Ads 
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Some experience with WordPress
  • Some knowledge of SEO
  • Experienced with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Responsible, determined, self-driven, and self-motivated
  • Thinking outside the box, creative
  • Willing to grow within the company

A huge plus is if you:

  • Have experience within Tech or Marketing space
  • Have some B2B experience 
  • Have experience in event organization and management 
  • Experienced with creating and leading communities
  • Have some experience with Elementor Website Builder 
  • Have experience with content writing and copywriting
  • Have experience with Google Ads
